I've come across a few on the 'net. I think my favorite cheat allows you to win in Peach Gardens (I think that's the name) in just two laps, so if you are losing, you can win. After the second lap, stop just past the start/finish line, wait a few seconds, backup, then go forward again and tada! You won.
