My last order sold me on the store. I ordered a set of gloves, and the website showed that there was one set left. They called the morning after I placed the order, and left me a message to the effect of "The gloves you ordered are sold out. Call us back though, we can offer you a substitute for the inconvenience at the same price." I called back and they substituted a set of gloves that were 50% more than the original set.

Also, it's good to call up before ordering because sometimes they actually sell stuff cheaper than the website says, they just can't advertise it.
