Welcome to the Louisville Sportbikes Forum

Welcome to Louisville-Sportbikes.com. No matter what kind of streetbike you ride, if it can stop, go, and turn, you're likely in the right place. Just take a few moments to go over our guidelines before posting though.

The few rules and guidelines are easy folks.

    1) Try and be somewhat civil to each other here
    2) Try and keep swearing to a minimum
    3) Keep your avatars at a PG-13 rating or cleaner
    4) All "Not Work Safe" content MUST go into the "Not Work Safe" area and be clearly posted with *NWS* in the beginning of the subject line.
    5) No spamming what-so-ever. If you want to promote your business on these forums then become a sponsor.
    6) It's best to keep from posting personal information like phone numbers and such. Remember, these are OPEN FORUMS. Anybody, including bots, can read them. If a post or thread requires folks contacting you. Request they PM you. It makes it a tad more of a pain, but could save you a lot of headache later. This goes the same for email addresses. Bots pick these up too and you'll soon find a lot more spam in your inbox.
    7) Having multiple identites on the forums is reserved for the Staff only, and even then, is for testing purposes only.

    Have fun and enjoy

Added a #6 to the list y'all. But it's no "rule". It's just us (the staff) putting out a "heads up" to the members

i gots an idear. is there any way to password protect a thread or section? if so, we could have the more active members that actually ride post contact info in a secured thread. it's nice to have that info on hand sometimes

Yeah, although managing at what point a member gets access to said password can become a headache, it is an option that would come in handy now and then. I'll discuss the good and the bad with the staff and we'll what happens

Dress for the crash, not the ride. (Assuming you still have a ride.)
Is it solipsistic in here, or is it just me?
