I have checked the progressive web site, on the claim page they still have fault marked as "in process". I talked to a friend in my insurance's sales office and she told me they try to pay recreational vehicles off quickly. so, dont determine it was my fault yet. With the other woman not having proper tags on the vehicle, means the vehicle should have not been on the road in the first place.

No proper tags usually means no insurance, man.You might be able to get a civil judgment, but if they've not the money to pay their own insurance and register their vehicle, you may have trouble getting them to pay.
No ins. is a HUGE mess.

did u get a copy of the police report & check the local newspapers over there?
my insurance company has always fronted the money, then went after the other company. could be the case this time. either that or they just considered it no fault on all parties
