    Exclamation Saturday ride/crash....PICS

Well, saturday seemed to be great ride until coming home.

I am lucky to be alive, I side swiped a truck going thru a turn. I may have came in to the corner to hott, but i still feel that it wasnt my fault alone. I saw her coming thru the tunr, riding either on the line or crossing back to her side. she claims she was not on the line and on her side of the rode. My front tire caught her rear tire and threw me airborne. Thank god for gear. My bike is trashed, and after hitting som debri, Ben lowsided. I got home from the hospital at 5 thismorning. I bruised my right shoulder, my right hip, and sprained both ankles.

I can say that my family is giving me hell, but i will ride again. It may take some time but i will jump back on after i get my insurance check and find a new bike.

Many thanks to Verticle and bendistraw for sticking around and helping out.

That sucks man. Glad you are ok. Sounds like it could have been a LOT worse. I hope the police report comes out in your favor, sounds like the driver was a biatch

Anyone who reads this thread should take notice, always try to leave plenty of room for those cagers crossing the yellow. They do it all the time. Also sometimes we dont realize that our bike tires are actually a lot further out then we think they are leaning into a curve.

it was a right hander. I may be wrong about where she was but it was so close that all the tire marks were on the line and my side of the road.
