It is my kill switch on the handle bars. I turn the key on and started flipping it on and off. If it is flipped on and I apply just a little bit of pressure like I'm flipping it off, it makes contact and I hear the fuel pump prime. I held it and it the starter and it fired up. At least I know what is wrong. Thanks for the help guys.

Glad you were able to figure out what was keeping the bike from starting. Electrical issues can be a pain to diagnose but are usually easy fixes.

kill switch issues are pretty common with hondas. you can take it apart and clean it up itll prob be ok. get in the habit of using the key to shut off and think of the kill switch as an emergency shut off solution.

Is the only fuses and relays under the seat by the battery?

I am not familiar with the CBR's but a lot of bikes have a fuse box behind the side fairing too. I would google before ripping off parts.

I literally never use the kill switch which it why it didnt occur to me that this could be an issue.
