    WINCHESTER RD 627 (I Think)

Anyone have any two wheeler experience here? Drove down it in the car on the way to the gorge and thought it was a good time. I think it's only about 15 miles of road, but it seems like a fun place to go. I would be willing to spend the time (a lot) to go there and back. Anyone else?

Route 627 runs south from Paris to Winchester and is pretty much a straight road. Have been on it a few times just to get to a couple of the good roads in eastern Kentucky. If you come as far as Georgetown, Kentucky you could ride 227 which is much better. Or you could reach 22 out of Williamstown in about the same amount of time as getting to 627...….and 22 is very twisty with smooth new asphalt!!
