    Help me suspension shop...

At 230lbs the front end on the superduke is way to soft. Im going to upgrade the forks over the winter as I've done on my last several bikes. However the SuperDuke is some wierd "Austrian unicorn" and none of my normal go to's ( Racetech, ohlins) make parts for the WP forks.

The most popular option seams to be Mupo. Everyone over the pond runs it but ive never heard of it and i honestly dont know what to look for in quality cartridges.

Anyone with some know how care to shop these 3 for me and let me know your option. Any other feed back would be awsome.

Don't know if they can help but make a call to Traxxion in Georgia. They do amazing work and might be familiar with your forks.

Allready looked into them. The only kit they make for my forks is the ak20 gas cartridge kit at $2000. That more than i want to pay and probably over kill for my skill level. Plus out sound like a pain to have serviced.

I was happy with Traxxion as well. They serviced my SV-650 forks with internals...

With that said, you could give Ken Hall (Superbike Suspension) a call, and see what he says. He moved to Nashville area, so he's closer to us now. I have his contact information if you need it.

Traxxion makes good stuff as does GP Suspension. Andreani seems to work well IF it's right out of the box, I have heard of some quality issue in the as delivered kits so I would not buy from a big box retailer if going that route but from someone that services it as well so they can make sure it is right before shipping.

Can you ship your forks to WP north america? They sponsor a bunch of racers so I'm sure they could set you up right.

So racetech can't even get you the correct springs for your weight? That would be a massive improvement right there. I'd hate to see you spend a bunch of money on new internals when WP is not cheap suspension as it is. Good luck

Race Tech dosent make springs that fit the Superduke. Traxxion apparently does but i have been advised that the WP fork are a different ball game to work on that your typical fork. so im concerned with who could put them in local bc i know i cant.

Ive reached out to both Suspension and Traxxion. SBS offers the GP kit i listed above. for $1050 pluse $300 install. and a cheaper $699 kit again with install or Taxxion is running their $1100 kit with $250 install for 20% off.

WP offers a Competition kit where you can send them you forks and they upgrade everything how ever its $2520 ive never heard of a cheaper option from them.

I see want you mean I searched for a hour looking for springs for it..... nothing.

I'd ask Chad at commonwealth and see if a dealer can get them. The first rule of suspension is to get springs for your weight and I'm baffled its not available.

If he can't tell you anything call Spykes KTM (Lafayette IN) and talk to Justin Brinn (owner) or DQ the head mechanic, they only deal with KTM. If the don't know, they'll find out.

being as cheap as I am i'd definitely just be taking the fork legs out and shipping them to someone to throw springs in for your weight.
