    Barber question

    I thought i would ask some barber veterans, what are a couple prime months to do Barber, track day org, etc...? I think I know the answers, I just thought some people might be curious and skeered to ask.
    @kleavage ; @Badblu67 ; and I are going in 2018.

    Prime month? Any! :-)

    Any event will pretty much sell out, March/April are very popular although March especially can be a crap shoot weather wise. If you want what I would consider the best months, April/May and Sept/Oct.

    STT has the vast majority of the dates there, this year I think the only other events there were a Keith Code school and N2 has a weekend Thanksgiving weekend.

    And the early events and late season events sell out quick, you have to book early.

    As David said.....early or late summer are good times to go to Barber. It gets pretty hot in Birmingham. I have done a few days there in 90 degree temps and you have to hydrate like crazy. If you do end up there mid summer it's not unbearable. Might want to pit near the bathroom / showers as you will need to drink enough water so that you are peeing before or after every session!!

    Barber is awesome and worth the drive.

    2013 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 ABS......Sargent seat, R&G frame sliders / fork protectors / engine case covers, Powerlet, Osram Nightbreakers, Vesrah brake pads, Pazzo levers, Akrapovic full exhaust, Power commander 5, pair valve block off plates, modified air box, reflashed ECU, suspension built by Traxxion Dynamics.

    2015 Kawasaki ZX6R.....Puig screen, R&G frame sliders and fork protectors, GB Racing engine case covers, Carrozzeria forged wheels.

    Track time at beautiful Barber is something special. If you haven't seen it yet, show up early enough to give the museum a good going over the day before your event.
