So since I've officially signed up for my first day. Someone tell me everything I will need to bring with me. Aside from the obvious, my motorcycle, keys suit and helmet. Treat me as if I'm stupid, because after all I will be a track day virgin. What do I need, and what don't I need. Help me out all you experienced people. Thanks.

Spare rear sets and clip ons are nice lol. Enough tools for quick repairs, zip ties and duct tape. A tire gauge to check pressure after each session. A gallon of water to drink. A chair to lounge in....

Shade is the most important thing really. Either rent a garage or bring a pop up canopy.

Gas is also important. Bring extra.

Make a checklist. I can't tell you how many times I've seen grown men cry after forgetting the obvious....like their keys.

If you access to power Walmart sells small and medium fans with metal blades they move so much more air. The helmet size one is about $16 and worth every penny.

what a difference it make when you remove all the factory restrictions and do some much needed mods.jenny is a bit of a hand full now.cant want to really be able to push her on the track this year.

Just print this out & hang it in your workshop.
You probably only need 25% of it, but itís a complete list.
You do need a garage bc u will eventually get heat exhausted & itís insane not to stay out of the elements.
Eat mustard on everything to replace sodium, need a strong fan, lots of pedilite & water.
If you start cramping up or having trouble seeing itís time to put the bike on the trailer.
