Don't think I'll be able to do that weekend. I've heard good things about the amount of grip the new pavement has, that also means some faster tire wear though.

If the temp is about 70 I think you'll find the tire wear is great! My rear Saturday was incredibly smooth. I'm sure it lost some rubber, but was way way better wearing than the old surface.

Grip was incredible. A lot of riders were hitting personal best times. Hoping to see Matt come out this year.

So upset I can't go... Same day as the Indy 500, and haven't missed a year since 1989, so not going to now.

I'm paid up for novice. What about RideRed (now aka ride orange) ? i think he mentioned he might go. and @Howie says this is his comeback year for riding!

If I go I won't make the call for a few weeks. I'm not a huge Putnam fan but would like to give it one more try on the new pavement.

I also need to see how the SDR behaves next week st NCM first.

Can some one clarify for me. I am told Commonwealth allows 250's in novice. How ever it seems this is frowned upon and you could be asked to leave the track in the afternoon if the faster bikes are being held up? Does this mean your money is refunded at least half?

    I'm not slow just conservative.
