    Everyone that likes track days or racing needs to read this!!!!

    The government can't afford tax auditors and that generates revenue for the government. They can put this into law doesn't matter it will nvr be enforced. Aftermarket exhaust has always been illegal on the street and ppl do it everyday. Who should really be concerned is wera, motoamerica and other club racing organizations. Track orgs could put it in their disclaimer and call it a day.

    Just because they don't enforce something doesn't mean they won't. I would rather not have the law on the books in the first place. My luck, I always am the one to get caught.

    In theory the government ( an inferior creation of man intended to protect our rights) has authority to govern private property used on public roads.
    That anyone would think it ok to allow the government to govern private property ( my motorcycle) used on private property ( someone's race track) is the real tragedy, and yet further proof that "private property " no longer truly exist in this once great Republic
