Looks like to me, with the guy that filmed, that the bike tried to squeeze between the black and silver car, and the silver SUV possibly swerved to not let him, and he clipped the black car (there is a scrape on the black car you can see in the video that looks like it would be from a handle bar). Then the rest you can see.

I agree, attempted manslaughter. I think I would have defended myself in much the same way, removing the keys so they could leave, and let the police deal with the rest. I don't know until I was in a situation like that, and hopefully never will be.

Like with most videos though I'm sure there was some excitement off camera that prompted the camera man to get his shit out and start shooting.
