42k isn't high mileage for a honda. If not raced and properly maintained there is no reason not to expect 100k out of that bike. I know several guys who have put that many miles or more on Honda's with no issue.

to this! What kills me the most is the same people that wont buy a bike because of what SEEMS like high miles are the same ones that always bring on the great debate of why foreign cars can put more miles on them than domestic
Booger (a member here) has over 75,000 miles on his Honda and its still runnin strong!
If you arent in a great rush to get rid of it, start out at $3500 to counter all the low ballers that you will get calls from. Good luck with the sale.
Most of the "riders" that think that are squids who all the do cruising around revvvving at chicks and doing burnouts...... So 42K miles like that and its a lot. If you use like them like they were designed for, you get exactly the mileage you guys are talking about......
