Today is the first day I've had off from work since New Year's Eve. The down side is I'm still sick with a cold.

All I feel like doing is vegging out but I have a bunch of projects I need to do, like replacing my clutch lever cleaning up my garage and setting up my welder

I woke up and started cleaning out a closet before I knew I was awake....... Dont we already have one of these.....?

I am a maint mechanic where i work and we are required to answere any emergency calls for we may need ti quickly remove a person from a piece of machinery....yesterday, we get an emergency call, near the end of my shift and as i go running into the maint shop to grab my tools, i see the victim being esxorted sown the hall, walking, but holding his hand wrapped in a shirt.

He was brushing away a pile up of flour in the infeed side of a roller and glanced away momentarily and as he did, his hand was pulled into the rollstand. He was able to quickly pull the emergency rope him self, which drops the rollers, but not before it removed all the skin from the palm of his hand. Luckily it didnt do more damage....the rollers here are pretty unforgiving and he'll be lucky not to lose his job because of it.
