    Yep, real riders (like Carl) stay at the track, nothing like waking up in the morning and no rush to get there and just soaking in the atmosphere.

    Quit being a puss and worrying about a little cold weather man. I know Cheetah's are a warm climate critter but evolution has to happen sometime, only the strong survive!

    Next time I go, I am just going to camp, but in the past I have stayed at the Hampton Inn about 11 miles from the track. Right across the street from a Hooters, and of course free breakfast in the morning. It was around $90-120/night for the room.

    There is a brand new hotel right across the street now. If i weren't going in an enclosed trailer I'd just stay there.
