There all kinds of places in Leeds, which is a couple exits before the one for the track, about 10 minutes drive.
Sorry got this wrong, I meant Irondale, AL. But there are places in Leeds too, its main exit is the next one past the one for the track.
Also, there is a Americas Best Value Inn, at the exit for the track, on Parkway Dr. SW, there's a Bass Pro shop there too, for added entertainment!!

    Good deal. Thanks bub....

I think Ill probably take the Tahoe, so we could pull quite a few bikes to cut down on costs and it seats 6 if you just want to roll down...... Let us know if anyone wants to roll.

If you're going down are y'all making it for both days? I mean if you're gonna drive 6+ hours to one of the most fabulous tracks in the world then at least make it worth the drive!

Vacation is starting to sound good.

Oh yeah...STT at Barber allows you to ride 2-up on the last Novice session of the day. Summin' to consider for those pit bitches in your lives.

Yeah, do both days. You can camp at the track as well. Nice hot showers, electric, etc..

We're going both days...... Im not driving for half a day for 1.... and Im not sure about camping that time of year. Ive been going down there for the last 6 years at this time for a golf tourney and Ive played in 30deg weather before. Hell, if 4 of us split a room, we can do it for nothing..... Campings for hippies.
