When Verizon finally gets 4G out where I live the Ping rate will be 45-75ms. My ping rate stays below 150ms. According to the game finding screen. I did a lot of research on this yesterday, and have found there are a lot of people using 3G and 4G for on line PS3, and XBox360 gaming. My biggest concern was Data usage. One hour of game play only uses about 50-75mb on average. So with a 5GB cap data service Verizon Card I can play on line for 65-102 hours per month, or basically 3.4 hours a night. Using the headset eats up more that's why I said between 65 and 102 hours. It isn't no where near as good as Broadband, but it works for me where I live, and it's all I got so I can live with it. I'll just have to get even faster on the draw in up close combat. If the other player is farther away it's not a issue at all. It's when you are really close to each other, and it boils down to the faster trigger finger. They will always be faster even I pulled the trigger first. It gets irritating, and I cus out loud a lot, but I'm playing on line and having fun.

One site I read said GT5 works really good with the 3G service as Ping rate isn't a big issue as FPS games are.

That's why I said PC gaming is for Faggots. From what I have read PC gaming uses way more data, and needs a lot faster speeds. Supposedly all the online gaming consoles designed their game data transfer off of the old 56K modem speeds. That's why they use so little data transfer. Not my words just what I read on a couple of sites.

The sad thing is 56K modem Ping rates are 300-400ms. My Hughes net Satellite Internet has a Ping rate of 3000-4000ms. That's friggin retarded. Our Hughes Net is about to get cancelled. Our Verizon card works 10 times better than our Hughes net service. I also read that Verizon's LTE 4G service is the best for on line gaming with a Mobile Wireless card as it is the fastest service out there.
I seen you pop up online the other day and was like wth, he must be at Hoosiers, LOL......guess I was wrong, I gotta get to building me a car dang it. They need to come out with a good GP game, so I can start showing you all how to race, vitually that is......
