Sport bike electronics and tech recommendations

I'm planning to outfit my bike with some tech this winter (along with some other minor work) and am looking for a few things to add, but I haven't found anything that does what I'm looking for. Below is what I'm looking for:

    1) GPS with traffic updates
    2) FM/WX/MP3 player
    3) Radar detector
    4) Bluetooth sync setup in helmet

I know I can get #1, #2 (most of it), and #4 in just mounting a smartphone to my bike. I would prefer not to use a smartphone (mainly because the screen doesn't handle direct sunlight very well).

Any recommendations for equipment to get the functionality I'm seeking? I've got a VFR800 and am looking to do some touring is 2012.

I made a mount for my phone that bolts to the tree and I use scalla helmet radios which have Bluetooth to link to my phone and about a 2 mile range if I'm riding with someone. The noise canceling microphones work great at any speed.

I've been interested in this for a while. How does it perform? Is it distracting? Voice activated so you don't hear wind noise/heavy breathing?

Hoosier and I used my set, they work great. Voice activated, sometimes you have to make a loud noise to get it to start the pickup, but then you can talk. They worked well if within eyesight, about 1.5 miles and they were static filled, and difficult to understand.

You can try my set sometime if you want D.
