OK, tell me if I'm having comprehension issues......"new members will receive invitations to build private garages that may be leased for either long or short term"........I'm reading this as saying, come build your own garage that we will then lease to you?!?

That's kinda what it sounds like to me.
If I let you build a garage on my property I would probably collect a maintenance and utility fee. I'm guessing the garages will have power. Mine would have living quarters, a pool and a restaurant.

We were talking Putnam in the pits at Nashville Saturday and someone that claims to have very good info said that a petition was passed out to all the surrounding neighbors asking them if it would be OK to allow camping and everyone signed it.
It then went to the town board that shot it down for basically no good reason.
Even if it did pass, it will be a cold day in hell that WERA ever goes back.
Racing=camping, at least for me.
