Questions about Motogp Indy this weekend..??

Ok, I realize it is probably a little late to get an answer on this but, I am not leaving until around 5pm today to head up to Indy.. and I was considering riding the bike up. So, was also gonna try to camp out one night maybe both and I need to know how much a site is or if they would still even have any left? Also, if they dont have any who would be gracious enough to allow a couple bums some ground space to roll out a couple sleeping bags??

And if we should decide to get a hotel, where are most folks planning on staying?

We are definately planning on have some drinks in the eve and would like to hang out with some other couples or LSB peeps at least.

There will not be many rooms left, and those will go for a pretty penny. You can try camping on grounds.

Last couple years we've stayed right next to the track on the south side. Its a huge campgrounds and usually theres a bunch of LSBK peeps hanging out there. I think they wanted $50 to pull a car in there, but not sure about a bike.

You shouldn't have trouble finding a room as long as you don't mind a 15-20 minute ride to the track. most downtown rooms will be gone or high.....Indy can handle the Nascar and Indy 500 crowds, so a room isn't hard to come by(at least I have never had to go to more than the first place I stopped).

Always stayed at the Westin. Not far from the track and a great location to the other attractions. Be safe this weekend.

Best place to meet up with some LSBKS peeps is gonna be meridian street saturday night, me and TravR6 are heading up in the morning and staying till after meridian street tomorrow night. Hotel shouldnt be hard to find, just pricey

Ok! Thanks for the feedback... I am camping in lot 2 because I'm hard core! Lol! It fucking sucks ass... think we are gonna ditch the campsite tonight and get a hotel... anybody at one that's got some space?
