This time I think it was actually an improvment
Here is the raw middle exposure pic.
Amazing what the camera can pick up that your eye can't.
The trees didn't look green whatsoever.

Here's one I put together from 2 pictures when it was on the horizon and looked really red. It's impossible to get the contrast your eyes can handle in a photo.
