    Question Replacing jacket armor

I started looking at the removable armor at the elbows & shoulders of my jacket. They're CE rated, but seems like they could be better. Any suggestions of what to look for in good replacements?

Those work great. Found that out today. Also easiest way to remove them is to low side on gravel and pull them out from the outside. Yeah my jacket has a few busted seems now.

joe rocket makes all sorts of CE replacement inserts for jackets and pants. dainese does too but they're more expensive. keep in mind CE is a european standard and is pretty basic. if you can find EXO-TEC replacements, that would be better. look at companies like REV'IT!, Firstgear, BMW Apparel, Scorpion, Rukka and Aerostich for replacement armor.
