What are you trying to do with it?
The joy of success is increased by the struggle along the way.

i want to mount on bike to capture our rides. I would like good quality and stabilizer. I want it to mount so that it will capture the curves (like on an arm that swings on side)

Prices vary online. Do a search. Amazon.com had them for $239 last week. Cheapest I have seen them.

I've used the GoPro's a lot, and I've seen plenty of Contour Video. I also do quite a bit of video editing and own a nice high end 1080p cannon as well, so I have a pretty good idea on what to look for. I don't think the Gopro HD can be beat for quality, features, and price.

Here's a sample video done with a GoPro. It's only at the 720p setting, and it's been sized down and compressed for online hosting. The camera is capable of quite a bit more. Just remember if you start doing 1080p you will eat up more storage and it will take longer to edit. For online hosting, 720 is all you need.

I have both the Contour and the GoPro. Personally, I like the GoPro better. The Contour HD are nice, but I just tend to fall back to the GoPro, and it seems to me to be easier to get going. I like them both, and either video setup would easily cover what you need...

Plus with two GoPro HDs, you can buy the 3D case, and film in 3D...
