The englishman and R&D got my VFR running better than ever

After owning my VFR800 for almost 6 years, I just got a centerstand put back on it. R&D was able to get my old bolt removed and install the centerstand that I purchased off Ebay (along with an oil change, exhaust leak fix, etc). The bike purrs better now than when I bought it (no longer sounds like a harley/cruiser). The englishman setup my suspension a few week back and now it is like I have a whole new bike. The handling is predictable, feels faster, and only have wind noise.

Thanks John, Marty, and Dennis for everything.

I have owned my VFR for almost eight years. Bike is hard to part with.

2003 Honda VFR......Staintune exhaust, PCIII , Helibars, Sargent seat, Penske rear shock, Traxxion front forks, Pazzo levers, Speedohealer and Ventura luggage for the occasional trip.

2007 Honda CBR 600 RR.......Carrozzeria wheels, Spiegler brake lines, R&G frame sliders, Puig screen, Pazzo levers.

Silver does not show dirt much.

I just rolled 30K miles on my bike and I can hear one of the valves knocking when the engine gets warm. I'm going to see if R&D can do a valve adjustment on it sometime this winter. I guess I should get new plugs and a flush and fill done too. :-)
