    boot fitment

So, how should a good pair of boots fit? Really snug or like a normal pair of shoes, or is it a matter of personal preference? I just ordered a pair of Sidi Strada Evo Air boots and I can't wiggle my toes and I need a bit more width as well. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Sounds like they are a little small. Should be snug in the ankle area, but I think that being this tight on your foot is an issue. These will get uncomforatable real quick. I can weat my A*s all day with no issues.

Good motorcycle boots don't "break in" very much so don't expect them to loosen up very much.

Sidi boots are a little narrower than most others.

nice and snug to hold everything in place and eliminate friction if you crash.

I ended up buying a set of Teknic Chicane's in size 12. I normally wear 11.5-12 and my feet are a bit wide. I really like the fit of these boots and they have loosened up a bit after being worn 5-6 times. I do have a few small gripes though. The first is that the insole is chintzy and has already ripped. Not a big deal since I have a gel insole I can take out of some shoes I don't wear. Air flow is ok but could be a lot better. And last but not least, I couldn't sneak up on someone if I tried. Squeaky! Overall I'm happy and spent $152.99 on them from motorcycle-superstore.com and got free shipping.
