    How-to Section

Just as the title suggests, this is the section for solid Moto tips. Try and avoid posting simple, single line/image, basic tips. Like, "I put aluminum foil around my headers when changing my oil so when I remove the filter it don't drain onto them ". While that may be a good tip, that alone isn't worthy of an entire thread. Also, this is the only area on the site that will require staff approval before a new thread is posted. We don't want folks posting some hair brained how-to on doing stand up wheelies that involves a method that's a sure fire means of getting a fun ambulance ride with the flashy lights a-goin'! If you have some good info that's sure to help another rider, be it noob's or veterans, by all means. . .POST UP! Pics are a big help and a bonus, but are not required.

As usual, if you have any questions, post up in this thread

Haven't heard of the aluminum foil trick before. I usually just lay some paper towels on the header. Kick I didn't know your bike had a V shaped motor in it.

Oil soaks through paper towels, foil is fool proof . Luckily SV's don't have to bother with it, The oil has a clear view of the floor.

I have a full write up with picts on my shifter (The quick fix to get ya back on the road). Think it's worth a thread?

I said that becaue you said headers as in plural. I was just giving you a hard time because I see it all the time on car forums.
