I have Doom 3 for my pc. I took it off my pc a year or two ago, because i had beat it and now am wanting to download it again. When i try to do the install, it tells me to enter the product key which is located on the jewel case. Im guessing that means the box it came in, which i no longer have. Does anyone know how to get around this or how i might locate a key that would work?

So is it illegal to try and get the cd key, even though ive already purchased the game and simply lost the key?
probably not. I wouldn't worry about it.
I can't remember if doom 3 had any multiplayer on it. that's where you'll run into problems with a internet cd key. Sometimes the servers check for a legit key.
