Dave, you should setup a both at the indy dealer expo. You will be able to learn a lot about what the market wants by all the traffic you will get. Don't know if you have looked into it yet.
FWIW, from what I've seen, and talked to with other manufacturers. Most girls don't like "girly" looking gear. A common complaint I've heard is there isn't enough women specific gear that looks "normal". Between Mrs C, and lots of girls she's talked too, they complain about that a lot. Girls do like girly accessories, like tshirts, bike bling, etc.. But for leathers and helmets, not so much. Another cheap exposure idea for you is to get involved in the "womans sportbike rally" held down at deals gap annually. I've gone. There are usually about 150+ participants, and the organizers bring in vendors and sponsors. I don't think it takes much. If you were to give away an item at their banquet, they would probably let you setup shop, hang a banner at their weekend long party and give away some tshirts, etc.. That girl Brittany Morrow (road rash queen) who is a big supporter of gear, etc.. is heavily involved in that sport bike rally. They are very "pro gear" and it would be a good opportunity to promote your ladies line up.

Well, those are good suggestions. The bad news is until I can start doing this full time, it is really difficult to do it. Kindof a catch 22, as that kind of stuff would help me to grow, but I cant do them until I grow. . ..

As for girls not liking "Girly" gear, Im trying to find a balance between feminine, so they dont look like a man, w/out making them look like a ho... like Icon's gear, sorry to anyone who that might describe/offend.

That's also why Im asking women's opinions on the designs before I just make them. I want to know what the women like, and base my designs on that instead of guessing.

I know what you mean. You should check into the womans sportbike rally though. I don't think it will require much investment at all, and you would only have to take a long weekend to do it, Fri, Sat, and Sunday. It's pretty informal. They have a website.

The winged jacket is the poo. I could see even some guys wanting that design on the back of a full suit.. including myself. The colors make all the difference as well; if it were to make the designs look girly or badass.
