Me three.
Yeah, it's pretty bad today.
Me three.

It's faster on my phone than for my computer on Firefox and Chrome.
Railing has been looking into it........There was an "upgrade" done this morning that was supposed to help with speed.....but because the speeds change we're going to look into our host server and to see if we are having lag issues do to them.

show as shit here too.
I have been trying to pinpoint the problems.
1. vBulletin 4 is slower than 3, but shouldn't be this slow.
2. I have been keeping track of logged in members and guests, the counts of them.
3. I have been checking it periodically for speed.
I closed the forum yesterday morning around 8:15 to load a newer version in the hopes it would help with a bit of the speed. When the forum was closed, which means no traffic was being pulled from the database or from the rest of the site besides a few images, the site was still slow. I did some test posts, and it was still taking time. This leads me to believe that it could be the host where the site currently sits, and we are going to be checking with them a bit more. The site has been fast with a ton of members online and then slow with only a couple, there are no trends to when it slows. I ran many of the maintenance items on the forum and cleaned up some of the files. Really it's as streamlined as possible without removing functionality from the search or posting.
I have all of the optimization options set to be fairly restrictive when posting, searching, and for the home page. It really is as streamlined as possible, but at this point, we might be changing hosts in the future, depending on what Brian says.
I know we are all tired of the slowness, but part of this is the vBulletin 4 side of things, but in general I feel it's probably the shared hosting.
We are actively looking in to this, and actively working on it. Trust me, I spend a lot of time on here, and so does Hoosier, neither of us want it slow...
