Two years in riding off and on with LSB and I find that the thing that slows me down the most isn't the corners but pulling negative Gs on a hill. I'm a big guy and coming off my bike and landing isn't pleasant at all (it makes me want my mama). I've found that I can dampen it a little bit by extending my legs and coming down on the apex, but I figure there must be better techniques out there than that. If I can keep my ass in the seat, that would be best.
Besides practice and growing a pair, what do you all recommend to better deal with hills with steep pitches.
