    I always wear either earplugs or Shure noise canceling earbuds.

    Earplugs that I find work best are...Howard Leight Smart Fit Multi-Use Earplugs


    Earbuds I use are Shure SE310...They have changed the way they look a little since I got mine, but you get the idea...

    I prefer the E.A.R classic yellow earplugs. Thay are soft and squishy.
