    A couple random things

    1. If you get caught in the rain at Deal's Gap and get a serious funk in your gloves....put them in the freezer. The funk is mold and the cold will kill the mold. I had tried Lysol but that just didn't do the trick. I put my gloves in the freezer for about 8 hours (may be overkill but that's how long I was gone) and voila'!!! No funk.

    2. If you have some velcro separating from an article of clothing, such as the your boots, glue it back securely with E 6000. It's easily found in the hobby dept at Walmart. This stuff truly is wonderful. I've used it several times now with absolutely no problems. It's clear. It's flexible. It just works well.

    3. Sidi boots are the best. I have a pair of Sidi Champions that I've had for at least 10 years. I probably have 50,000 miles on these things and they just keep rocking. Soles are near the end of their life but hell who cares after that much use and abuse.

Good to know, Sam. Thanks for the wisdom. Should've been out with us tonight.... I gotta say, it was hilarious. We all got soaked. It was me, Booger, RideRed31B, Gixxer09, Tiff, Morbid, No0ne & DRLowz. Tiff & DrLowz got stuck at a redlight on the way to 11th, and the rain came. They went back to the nearest gas station, and the rest of us slowly made it to 11th & sought cover from a drydock there. EJ & Booger & Gixxer09 got pics. Oh- & I just so happened to park my bike RIGHT where there was a waterfall off the side of the drydock....eventful night, indeed.

I may have to use this on my off road gear which has been in the bed of my truck under the topper for a couple weeks drenched in sweat.

Great tip Sam........ I guess if your suit has the funk, you have to clear everything out of the freezer......

Number one could be resolved by just washing your hands once in a while no..?

I'd also like to recommend placing a butt plug in the freezer. It just feels good.
