Well, I got impatient and decided for simplicity's sake, Im going w/ standard 35 watt each side. One side on all the time, one for brights only.
The single hid should still easily put out twice the light both my crappy stock bulbs are making, so that's ok by me.

i'm not too sure. usually it'll stay low for a couple weeks, go back up for a month, then go back down even lower than the last time
