Please be aware we have had problems in the past with Spam registering to our site.

Sometimes it's very hard to distinguish between actual people and spam bots.

One thing we look for for distinguishing it's a spam bot is the use of gmail accounts for their email.

If you register using a gmail account.....you may be mistakenly blocked. We apologize if this happens.

To avoid being mistaken for a spam got......try using an email address other than a gmail account. Also try to fill out the registration completely, and make sure your "time zone" is correct....most spam bots don't use the correct one. You can also give the staff some heads up by sending an email with your user name by clicking the "contact us" at the bottom of the page.

Gmail accounts? Really? Don't you still have to be invited to even get a gmail account? I would have thought yahoo or one of the other sites like hotmail would be a more likely culprit.

had the same prob on my site. Just have to put a question in there along with capta.

right now....we're blocking about 99% of the spam....but we've had a couple get to the point where they are waiting to be approved
