I went over the list that Railing provided and I was able to bring "most" of the items. I was prepared for just about anything even though I did not need to use the majority of the stuff at least I knew that I was prepared and that gives you peace of mind which is very important on the track! The main thing is to drink like mad, I put down a bottle of water or two between sessions because I sweat like crazy, I still didn't have to pee that much so I could and should have prepared better by over loading with fluids the night before (not beer Danhor, bad influence ).

I didnt read it all word for word but if you are going to track somewhat regularly then get:
    Spare clip on's
    Levers
    Rearsets/parts/pegs.

If you go down one of these will break. A few $ in spares from ebay will save your $500 weekend if it was a minor crash.

And for wrenches, 2 of the common size wrenches is a good idea. Sometimes you have to hold the back side of something

AND THE ONE THING I LEARNED MY FIRST TWO, YES TWO TIMES AT THE TRACK...MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLE SPARES ARE AIRED UP, ETC. I ALWAYS GET FREAKIN FLATS. ITS JUST HOW IT GOES End rant.

Oh ya, H20 is good, but you need to alternate with a electrolyte drink such as a gatoraide or poweraide kinda thing. Regular or low cal. And when you eat dont pig out during the day, eat big after the event. Small frequent meals especially if its hot is a good idea.
Track bike(s) 03/04 ZX6RR built by attack Kawasaki, GPR, Woodcraft, blah blah blah
01 GSXR600, blah blah blah, available for sale (cheap) but has a miss in the injection I've not been able to chase down yet...
