Hwy 42 from Carrollton to Bedford

Has been repaved I take this road on my home from work when I'm on the bike. Before it was repaved there was a big bump in the road every 50 yards or so for the ~10 mile span and it was quite annoying let alone dangerous on high speed runs. There is one particular stretch that has 4 corners on it that goes up a knob. They are all high speed sweepers but they are fun to hit.

I wouldn't go out of the way to hit this stretch of road but if you are in the area it's definetly worth checking out.

The bumps are bad from Bedford to Louisville. I hope that gets paved soon.
Going toward Indiana on hwy 42 is originally how I was taught the"Frankfort loop".

I love those sweepers going up that hill. Last year the first time I rode my new bike, I was coming up that hill with the sun in my face and greased a dead animal laying in the road in a corner. good times
