I appreciate your feedback. I would say this is not par for the course, yet it is not acceptable. I will make sure this gets forwarded to the parts manager. Sorry about the jeans not being in stock, we just never ever have anyone come in looking for them. At that rate it makes it too expensive to stock. We would have ordered them as well if the situation would have been handled right. I am sorry your experience was less than desirable. Thank you for still going to our Brooks location, we do appreciate the business.

I came in Sat. 6-13 at 3pm to buy or order a helmet (Shoei RF1100 orange) and Kevlar jeans with Retrorabbit and Amanda after waiting about 15-20 min. for the lady working to finish with the customer in front of her and answer a phone call she brought out the helmet house book for me to look at since the helmet was newer then the book she told me if i called her with the part number from helmet house she could get me a price as for the jeans you guys only had 1 pair and not in my size so i was very dissapointed especially about me calling with your part number (not my job) Slimer stopped in Brooks for me (he was close) not only did Brooks look up the helmet but also offered to order the jeans(something Clarksville didn't offer to do) i had never been in your store and am also a new rider i have a lot of gear to buy i hafta say customer service at Clarksville needs work we'll see how Brooks does
